  2. Have you got Tech Issues? If you’re facing technical glitches, like trouble with connecting, give us a shout before you decide on a refund. Many problems have straightforward solutions, and our friendly support team is on standby to walk you through any steps to get things up and running smoothly.
  3. Want More Content? Our service primarily features English content for a smoother browsing experience. But if you’re you’re looking for specific shows or channels from other countries or in different languages, we’re we’re here to listen. Just reply to our email info@iptvstream.homes with your requests, and we’ll do our best to add them to our collection.
  4. Stream Freezing? If you’re dealing with buffering or interruptions, don’t worry. Please shoot us a message. The issue might be related to your VPN/DNS settings. We can help sort that out, too!
  5. More Connections, Just for You: We can offer extra connections on different servers if something’s wrong. You can have up to 3 active connections(Totally Different Servers! Send us a message) for free!

Refund and Returns Details:

  • Have you got a 3 or 6-month subscription? You can ask for a refund within 7 days from your purchase date.
  • Choose a yearly plan. There’s a 14-day refund window.
  • No refund on a 1-month subscription.

If, after exploring our solutions, you still feel our service could have been better than what you were looking for, that’s completely okay! Just fill out the refund request form below within the appropriate time frame. Make sure all the info you provide is correct. We’ll take a look at your request super quickly, and if everything checks out, you’ll get your refund processed in just a few hours. (7-14 hours)

Please note: We’re confident you won’t find another service quite like ours. We offer free server switches in case of downtime and actively take your requests for new films and channels. We’re here to make your streaming experience the best it can be!
